Self-reflection is a humbling process.
It’s essential to find out why you think, say, and do certain things… and better yourself.
If we had one central theme this year, it’s Stop. Reflect. Learn. This year I’m proud of my team’s focus on evaluating on what they’re doing and how it we can better-impact our registered reps and advisors. Our team has spent much of the year building the foundation and framework for better paperless processes and preparing to implement an industry-leading commission system.
As the industry and technology evolve, we’re changing accordingly. Despite multiple regulation changes, the SECURE Act, impeding elections, and many more external factors, our reps and advisors have not only succeeded they’ve grown. In the past two years, Client One has grown more than 40% and we continue to grow through referrals and word of mouth. And to brag, much of this growth is organic. To me, it’s obvious our reps and advisors strive for greatness and betterment.
As we look to 2020, our strategic initiatives set forth are designed to take steps in our journey of greatness. While we have made great strides, the road ahead is arduous. I believe to the core that through hard work, working “for” our reps, we can move into the future confident that we have the tools, skills, knowledge and motivation to be more.
As we approach 2020, I challenge our reps to stop, reflect and learn. Only good things will come.
And remember, you have a team behind you.
